Nobivac LEPTO - MSD Animal Health Middle East

This dog vaccine contains a liquid suspension of Leptospira Interrogans serogroups Canicola (strain Ca 12- 000) and Icterohaemorrhagiae (strain 820K). Nobivac LEPTO is used for the active immunization against Leptospirosis in dogs caused by the Leptospira interrogans serogroups Canicola and Lecterohaemorrhagiae.

Nobivac Lepto is a bivalent inactivated vaccine conferring protection against leptospirosis caused by Leptospira canicola and icterohaemorrhagiae and preventing development of the renal carrier state. This is of critical importance since renal shedding can potentially lead to infection of people. After the initial vaccination schedule with Nobivac Lepto, and subsequent annual booster vaccinations, the duration of immunity induced is 1 year.The product is presented in single dose vials in liquid form and can be used to reconstitute Nobivac DHPPi.

Composition

Each dose contains ≥ 40 hamster PD80 inactivated bacteria of strain Ca-12-000 of L.Canicola and ≥ 40 hamster PD80 inactivated bacteria of strain 820K of L.Icterohaemorrhagiae.
