Coccivac D2 is used for the vaccination of healthy chickens by hatchery spray application at day old or by feed spray application at 4 days as an aid in the prevention of coccidiosis. The vaccine contain the oocysts of Eimeria Acervulina, Eimeria Brunetti, Eimeria Tenella, Eimeria Maxima, Eimeria Necatrix and Eimeria Mivati.
It is a live oocyst vaccine isolated from chickens prepared from anticoccidial-sensitive strains of Eimeria acervulina, E. mivati, E. maxima and E. tenella. It may be administered to chickens at one day of age via spray cabinet/eye spray or orally on the feed at 1-3 days of age as an aid in the prevention of Coccidiosis.
Attenuated Oral Coccidiosis vaccine for chickens, Paracox 8 is a live vaccine against Coccidioses caused by strains of Eimeria, developed and brought to market in the early 90 of the last century. It is a vaccine for use in broiler breeder and layer industry that contains a fixed number of live sporulated oocysts of Eimeria of 7 species: E. acervulina, E. brunetti, E. maxima, E. mitis, E. necatrix, E.praecox, and E. tenella. (E. maxima is included with 2 different strains).
